Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes

1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
1 cup good-quality vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
1 cup good-quality vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream (optional)
Cut the pumpkin pie slice into 2 or 3 smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients (except whipped cream) in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream if desired, and serve with straw.
